Following our co-option exercise in May and June, we now have four new members of Minera Community Council, bringing our total membership up to 11. This leaves us with one vacancy, which we will seek to fill in the next few months.
Our new members are:
Cllr Will Ollerhead, resident in New Brighton, returning to the Council after a short break. Will remains our appointed School Governor;
Cllr Jerry Wellens, resident in Brymbo Road in Bwlchgwyn, the newly-returned Wrexham County Borough Council member for the Minera Ward;
Cllr David Gidlow, resident in Old Road, Bwlchgwyn, and
Cllr Will Brown, resident in Wern.
We hope all our new members enjoy their time of service, and look forward to their participation in Council business beginning this Wednesday, 20 July, at our next regular meeting.
