The minutes of the November meeting of Minera Community Council were approved at the January Council meeting on 12 January, and are attached here. As we did not meet in December, there is a two month gap rather than a single month on this occasion. We next meet on 16 February, and draft minutes from the 12 January meeting will appear this week.
